A pre launching ceremony of the residential project “21 Housing” was held on Monday evening at a local events hall near DHA Phase 8 Extension on Airport Road, Lahore.
The event was attended by officials from DHA and various housing societies of Lahore, along with property dealers, investors from different cities, and hundreds of individuals associated with the real estate sector.
Imran Faiz, the driving force behind the project, CEO of Brev Estate, and Senior Vice President of DHA Estate Agents Association Lahore, gave a detailed briefing on the project and highlighted its key features. He also shared information regarding plot sizes, pricing, and the payment plan for “21 Housing.”
On the occasion, CEO Adnan Hye also expressed his views about the project. At the end of the ceremony, participants shared their feedback, appreciated the project, congratulated Imran Faiz on its successful pre launch, and paid tribute to his efforts.
They stated that the project, located in Sohawa near Jhelum, holds significant appeal due to its facilities, prime location, and scenic environment. This is why dealers and investors are showing more than expected interest in the project.

A 55 member delegation of officers from Gilgit Baltistan visited the LDA Head Office, where they were given a detailed briefing on the performance and working of various departments. The delegation included officers from the Pakistan Administrative Service, district management, and other departments.
Additional DG Housing, Owais Mushtaq, welcomed the delegation. The officers were briefed on IT reforms, master planning, and town planning. They were also informed about LDA’s overall functioning, ongoing development projects, and the working of different departments, including master planning, urban planning, and town planning, along with IT reforms.
During the briefing, it was highlighted that, on the directives of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, steps are being taken under a sustainable framework to make Lahore a more livable city. The delegation was also informed about measures taken to improve revenue generation.
Chief Town Planner, Chief Metropolitan Planning, Chief IT Officer, Director Finance, and other officials were also present on the occasion.

Work on various development projects aimed at improving urban infrastructure is progressing rapidly under the Lahore Development Programme. The initiative is being carried out in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab to modernize basic civic facilities in the city.
A weekly review meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Captain (R) Muhammad Ali Ijaz was held, during which the Metropolitan Corporation Lahore and WASA presented their performance reports. It was informed in the meeting that out of 8,780 streets and roads included in Phase-II of the programme, work on 5,057 has already been completed.
Furthermore, under Phase-II, 290 kilometers of sewerage lines and 258 kilometers of water supply lines have also been laid, which is expected to significantly improve the provision of basic services to citizens.
During the meeting, concerned departments were directed to further accelerate the pace of ongoing projects and ensure their timely and quality completion. Authorities were also instructed to complete the installation of street lights within the stipulated timeframe.
Officials also directed the Metropolitan Corporation Lahore to immediately begin surface work on 640 streets that have been handed over, while stressing the need to further strengthen the third-party validation process of the programme.
The Deputy Commissioner stated that the Lahore Development Programme will play a key role in providing modern facilities to citizens and improving the city’s infrastructure.
