Pakistan Railways is offering warehouses, shops, parking areas and wedding halls for lease through open auction.
Selected properties carry proposed 10-year leases, while Rawalpindi sites offer 21 years with a conditional extension of another 21 years.
The initiative aims to attract private investment in commercial projects and generate recurring railway revenue.
