LDA DG Reviews Pine Sector Ahead of Its Launch

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Tahir Farooq visited the Pine Sector in LDA City to review the measures underway for its early launch.
Commercial plots measuring two kanal, eight marla, six marla and four marla will soon be launched in the sector. One-kanal residential plots will also be offered.
Farooq said commercial and residential plots located along Pine Avenue were planned to be offered through balloting on easy instalments. He said the Pine Sector was an investment opportunity for citizens and would include a premier residential block comprising one-kanal residential plots.
LDA Chief Engineer Israr Saeed, the LDA City director and Chief Town Planner-II briefed Farooq on the site plan. Officials said development work in the sector would be completed according to the set timeline.
During the visit, Farooq reviewed the proposed development plan and directed officials to finalise the roadmap for the sector’s marketing and development at the earliest. The chief engineer, chief town planner, chief metropolitan planning officer, chief information technology officer, director of auction, LDA City director, project director and other officials were also present.

پائن سیکٹر میں دو کنال، آٹھ مرلہ، چھ مرلہ اور چار مرلہ کے کمرشل پلاٹس جلد مارکیٹ میں پیش کیے جائیں گے۔ اس کے علاوہ ایک کنال کے رہائشی پلاٹس بھی متعارف کرائے جائیں گے۔
طاہر فاروق نے اس موقع پر کہا کہ پائن ایونیو پر واقع کمرشل اور رہائشی پلاٹس آسان اقساط پر قرعہ اندازی کے ذریعے پیش کرنے کی منصوبہ بندی کی جا رہی ہے, پائن سیکٹر شہریوں کے لیے سرمایہ کاری کا ایک اہم موقع ہوگا، جبکہ یہاں ایک کنال کے رہائشی پلاٹس پر مشتمل پریمیئر رہائشی بلاک بھی قائم کیا جائے گا۔
چیف انجینئر ایل ڈی اے اسرار سعید، ڈائریکٹر ایل ڈی اے سٹی اور چیف ٹاؤن پلانر ٹو نے ڈی جی ایل ڈی اے کو سائٹ پلان پر بریفنگ دی حکام نے بتایا کہ پائن سیکٹر میں ترقیاتی کام مقررہ ٹائم لائن کے مطابق مکمل کیے جائیں گے۔ دورے کے دوران طاہر فاروق نے ترقیاتی کاموں کے مجوزہ منصوبے کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا اور پائن سیکٹر کے مارکیٹنگ اور ڈویلپمنٹ پلان کا روڈ میپ جلد حتمی شکل دینے کی ہدایت کی۔ اس موقع پر چیف انجینئر، چیف ٹاؤن پلانر، چیف میٹروپولیٹن پلاننگ، چیف آئی ٹی آفیسر، ڈائریکٹر آکشن، ڈائریکٹر ایل ڈی اے سٹی، پراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر اور دیگر افسران بھی موجود تھے۔
