DG LDA Visits Pine Axes and Pine Executive, Reviews Development Work

He said Pine Axes, located at a prominent site on Pine Avenue, would become a new commercial centre for the city. Pine Executive, he added, was being developed as a residential project offering one-kanal plots.
Officials briefed the DG that public interest in both projects was increasing. Plots in Pine Axes and Pine Executive have been launched in the market. The first phase includes 8-marla and 2-kanal commercial plots in Pine Axes, as well as one-kanal residential plots in Pine Executive.
Tahir Farooq said the plots, located on Pine Avenue, would be allotted through balloting on a two-year instalment plan. The deadline to apply for the balloting is December 3. Applicants can submit their applications online through the LDA website.
Following the visit, Farooq chaired a meeting on development work and land acquisition in LDA City. Additional DG UP, the LDA chief engineer, the director of LDA City, Chief Town Planner-II, the director of auctions, the director of engineering for LDA City and other relevant officials attended.
ڈائریکٹر جنرل لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) طاہر فاروق نے ایل ڈی اے سٹی میں پائن ایکسز اور پائن ایگزیکٹو کا دورہ کیا اور دونوں منصوبوں میں جاری ترقیاتی کاموں کا جائزہ لیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈی جی ایل ڈی اے نے کہا کہ پائن ایونیو کی موزوں اور مرکزی لوکیشن پر واقع پائن ایکسز شہر کا نیا کمرشل مرکز بنے گا، جبکہ پائن ایگزیکٹو میں شہریوں کے لیے ایک کنال کے رہائشی پلاٹس پر مشتمل منصوبہ تیار کیا جا رہا ہے۔
اجلاس میں دی گئی بریفنگ کے مطابق شہریوں کی پائن ایکسز اور پائن ایگزیکٹو میں دلچسپی بڑھ رہی ہے۔ دونوں منصوبوں کے پلاٹس مارکیٹ میں متعارف کرا دیے گئے ہیں۔ پہلے مرحلے میں پائن ایکسز کے 8 مرلہ اور 2 کنال کے کمرشل پلاٹس، جبکہ پائن ایگزیکٹو کے ایک کنال کے رہائشی پلاٹس پیش کیے گئے ہیں۔
ڈی جی ایل ڈی اے کے مطابق پائن ایونیو کی پرائم لوکیشن پر موجود یہ پلاٹس دو سال کی اقساط پر قرعہ اندازی کے ذریعے دیے جائیں گے۔ قرعہ اندازی میں شامل ہونے کے لیے درخواستیں جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 3 دسمبر مقرر کی گئی ہے۔ شہری ایل ڈی اے کی ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے آن لائن درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
دورے کے بعد طاہر فاروق نے ایل ڈی اے سٹی کے ترقیاتی کاموں اور اراضی کے حصول سے متعلق اجلاس کی صدارت کی۔ اجلاس میں ایڈیشنل ڈی جی یوپی، چیف انجینئر ایل ڈی اے، ڈائریکٹر ایل ڈی اے سٹی، چیف ٹاؤن پلانر ٹو، ڈائریکٹر آکشن، ڈائریکٹر انجینئرنگ ایل ڈی اے سٹی اور متعلقہ افسران نے شرکت کی۔
